Food Hangover
Too many wonderful flavors
Overload the system
And befuddle the brain.
Turkey tryptophans
Bring relaxation,
Savory dressing
Wakes the palate,
Fruity wines
Mellow the meal,
Pumpkin pie
Brings peace to the conclusion,
And mashed potatoes
Are just plain comfort food.
What a great food high.
